These are the house rules for Hickory Locks. By entering the clubhouse, you agree to them and to the privacy policy.

Who can join

You must be 21 or older. One account per person. Chat with Hickory needs an invite code; please don’t post it publicly. We may remove an account that breaks these rules.

What this is

Hickory Locks is entertainment. Old Hickory and Dale are fictional characters. Their picks are opinions, not guarantees, and not professional betting, financial, or legal advice. “Locks” is a name, not a promise.

We don’t take bets, hold money, or work for any sportsbook. Odds and scores come from third-party feeds and can be wrong, delayed, or out of date. Check the price with your sportsbook before you bet. The Ledger records past results honestly; past results don’t predict future ones.

Hickory’s chat replies are written by AI. They can be wrong, even when he sounds sure.

Betting responsibly

Keep it civil

Don’t misuse the chat, try to get around limits, scrape the site, or choose a board name that’s offensive or impersonates someone. We may change a name or remove access.

The club is provided as is, and it may change, pause, or close. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any losses connected with using it, including betting losses.

The fine print

Hickory Locks isn’t affiliated with any team, league, school, or sportsbook. These terms are governed by Missouri law. If they change, we’ll update the date at the top. Questions go to the host.
